Ta99 Terms and Conditions — Must read before use

1. General Terms & Conditions

Ta99 (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform") operates an international-standard online gaming platform for gamers in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form the legal basis of your relationship with ta99.

2. Account Registration & Usage

To open an account with ta99, you must provide accurate and complete information. ta99 reserves the right to close any account registered with incorrect or false details at any time.

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person or members of the same household are found using multiple accounts, ta99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use ta99. Access to the ta99 platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. If a minor registers using an adult's identity, all associated transactions will be considered void.

• The date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Ta99 actively monitors to protect minors.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls to prevent children from accessing ta99.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on ta99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds can only be withdrawn to the registered payment method.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

By participating in any bonus program, you are considered to have accepted the specific terms of that bonus. In any bonus-related dispute, ta99's decision shall be final.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 30x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Ta99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Not all games are available for bonus play — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and integrity of the ta99 platform. Violations may result in severe action, including account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding or coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to copy, replicate, or modify the platform's code, design, or content.
• Submitting false or fraudulent information to claim a withdrawal or bonus.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Ta99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

In disputes relating to game outcomes, ta99's server logs and the game provider's records will serve as the definitive evidence. Results determined by RNG cannot be altered, and ta99 will not make any changes in this regard.
